Definition
Consists of unpleasant physiological or somatic
complaints, sense of impending danger, physically
exhausting alertness and absorption with apprehension that
interferes with reality problem solving.
Fear vrs. Anxiety

Fear is the
automatic response to a real
or threatened danger. When you see an accident
happening in front of you,
or observe a life threatening event your body
responds with hormones increased
in your system allowing preparation for fight
or flight |

Anxiety is
exemplified by someone watching
a movie of a similar event, you may identify or
project yourself into a character's
circumstances and respond as though you were
present with the danger |

Panic is the fear
of fear |
Anxiety generally
is provoked when an individual attempts to resist their
symptoms (e.g. avoidance of phobic
stimuli or compulsions). Though the threat may be
perceived externally it's
existence is internal.

Separation,
performance, free-floating
are just some common place descriptions. |

Anger
management can be a strong factor
especially if repressed |
